Connecting the dots for a Circular Blue Bioeconomy

The BlueBio ERA-NET Cofund - which gathers 30 partners from 17 countries, with the ambition to strengthen Europe's position in the blue bioeconomy - is holding an event in the European Parliament entitled: "Connecting the dots for a circular Blue Bioeconomy - From Science to Policy and Regulatory Solutions".
The event will highlight the latest developments and potentials in the blue bioeconomy. Barriers to unleashing the full potential of a circular European blue bioeconomy will also be discussed aiming to provide clear policy and regulatory recommendations, focussing on three issues:
Authorising algae as an ingredient
Valorising aquaculture and fisheries side-streams
